This case comes to this Court by way of Appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Richland County where a default judgment was rendered by Honorable A. L. Gaston on September 28th, 1945, confirming the Master’s report setting aside deed and granting judgment against the Defendant for $761.64, said judgment being filed September 28th, 1945.
