Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed October 4, 2011, which, among other things, ruled that claimant made willful misrepresentations to obtain benefits.

Claimant, who suffers from schizophrenia, was terminated from his position as a department store sales associate on May 30, 2009. He filed a claim for unemployment insurance benefits effective June 8, 2009 and was found eligible to receive them.
