Patrick Poole, an inmate convicted of burglary and sexual battery with the use of, or threat of the use of, a dangerous weapon, challenges the denial of his motion for post-conviction relief filed under the authority of rule 3.850, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure. Appellant timely filed a motion raising numerous issues, all of which were denied by the circuit court without benefit of an evidentiary hearing.
