United States v. Morales-Aldahondo

Court of Appeals for the First Circuit

1Opinion of the Court

HOWARD, Circuit Judge.

Appellant Joseph Morales-Aldahondo (“Morales”) was convicted of one count of child pornography possession, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(4)(B). He presents two claims of error. First, he argues that the district court should have suppressed the incriminating evidence because it was obtained pursuant to a search warrant predicated on stale evidence. Second, he asserts that the trial court erred by allowing the government to display unfairly prejudicial explicit images to the jury. We affirm.
