NEWMAN, District Judge.

On December 30, 1909, Morris Berman, of Blakely, Early county, Ga., filed his petition in voluntary bankruptcy in the clerk’s office of the United States court. On February 19, 1909, H. G. Smith was duly appointed trustee of the bankrupt’s estate. On March 22, 1909, Mrs. Fannie Berman, alleging herself to be the wife of Morris Berman, the bankrupt, presented to the judge of the District Court a petition, in which she set out: That in January, 1909, Morris Berman was duly adjudged a bankrupt by the bankruptcy court of the Northern district of Georgia, upon a voluntary…
