This proceeding was commenced by the petitioners, plaintiffs in etr-ror, to review an award made by the State Industrial Commission to the (respondent, Alpha Smith.
The record discloses that on the 18th day of January, 1922, respondent Alpha Smith', while in the employ of the Dewar Coal Mining Company, was the victim of an accidental injury, sustained by reason of a piece of coal falling and hitting claimant about the ankle of the left leg.
