Husband appeals from a dissolution of marriage decree which included an order for him to pay $30 per week child support. Husband contends the trial court erred in: (1) proceeding with the trial without joining as a party, pursuant to Rules 52.05 and 52.06, the alleged biological father of the child, a person needed for a just adjudication, and (2) ordering husband to pay child support in that the evidence was conclusive that husband was not the biological father of the child conceived and bom during the course of the marriage and the order was erroneous as a matter of…
