Memorandum Opinion and Order on United States Trustee’s Motion to Compel Full Payment of Quarterly Fees

THIS MATTER is before the Court upon the Motion of the United States Trustee to compel full payment of the quarterly fees owed by the Debtor pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 586 1 and 28 U.S.C. § 1930(a)(6). 2 This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 151, 157(b)(2)(B), and 1334.
