1Opinion of the Court

NETERER, District Judge.

On the evening'of October 20, 1918, the steamship Admiral Watson and the fishing boat Helgoland collided in Alaskan waters near Ketchikan. Each vessel disclaims fault. It is stipulated that responsibility for the collision shall be determined, and that the amount of the damage, if any, shall be later ascertained.
