I. One John T. Mitchell died June 4, 1920. At the time of his death, he was the owner of 120 acres of land situated in Boone County. He left a will, which was duly admitted to probate in said county on September 13, 1920. His -wife had predeceased him, and he was survived by three daughters, who are beneficiaries under his will. One. of said daughters was Gertrude May Bagan. Gertrude had been twice married..
