This action is before this Court upon the final order of the Circuit Court of Barbour County, West Virginia, entered on February 1, 1996. The appellant, Interstate Drilling, Inc., is a producer of natural gas, and the appellee, Parcoil Gathering Systems, Inc., is the owner of a pipeline through which such gas is transported to market. Interstate contends that it lost in excess of $36,000 worth of natural gas from June 1989 through August 1993 and further contends that the loss was caused by problems in Parcoil’s pipeline.
