Pursuant to 49 U.S.C. § 1486 and Rule 15 of the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure, the Utah Agencies has filed in this court two separate, though related, petitions for review of orders of the Civil Aeronautics Board. The Utah Agencies is an association comprised of the public and private sectors of the State of Utah, acting under formal articles of incorporation, and is specifically comprised of the following; The State of Utah, the Salt Lake City Corporation, the Greater Area Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce, and the Pro-Utah, Inc.
