OPINION REGARDING CREDITOR’S MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM AUTOMATIC STAY

MARCI B. McIVOR, Bankruptcy Judge.

The Creditors, Jerry and Helena Stock-man, filed this Motion for Relief from the Automatic Stay on a parcel of vacant real property purchased by the Debtor under a land contract. The Debtor opposes the Motion. The Debtor claims that the land contract at issue is an executory contract which can be assumed and also claims that any arrearage can be cured over the course of her plan, so long as it is cured within a reasonable period of time.
