— This case was commenced and tried in the Hamilton county district court as an action in equity, an echo of the Florida ‘ ‘ boom days, ’ ’ the events leading up to it having their inception in 1925.

The petition recites that the Coral Gables corporation was organized under the laws of Florida, and was the owner of a certain lot five in a part of the plat of Coral Gables; that on or about the 25th of September, 1925, the plaintiff entered into a written contract, Exhibit A, with one Dodge, by which it was to sell to Dodge the lot in question for the sum of $6,775, and he agreed to purchase,…
