Pugh v. City of Monroe

Plaintiff instituted this suit against D.R. Duke and S. Carl Paulus, operators of busses in regular use by the City of Monroe in its proprietary capacity, and against the city also, to recover damages for injuries which she alleges to have sustained while attempting to board one of these busses.
