—Order of the Supreme Court, New York County (Budd G. Goodman, J.), entered on or about January 4,1996, which granted defendant’s motion to dismiss the indictment on the ground that the prosecutor’s legal instructions to the Grand Jury were inadequate, is unanimously reversed, on the law, the indictment reinstated and the matter remanded to the Supreme Court for further proceedings.
