OPINION

LANE, Presiding Judge:

Troy Edward Posey, Appellant, was tried by jury in a bifurcated trial for the crimes of Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (63 O.S.1981, § 2 — 401(B)(2)), Feloniously Carrying a Firearm (21 O.S.Supp.1983, § 1283), and Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony (21 O.S.1981, § 1287) in Pittsburg County District Court, Case No. F-87-82. The jury returned a verdict of guilty and set punishment at thirty-five (35), ten (10) and *688forty (40) years imprisonment respectively. The trial court sentenced accordingly.
