This is an appeal by Frank C. Jones from a judgment of the District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania adjudging the appellant a bankrupt in an involuntary proceeding in bankruptcy instituted by creditors of C. F. Beckwith & Co. against C. F. Beckwith and Frank C. Jones as alleged partners, trading as C. F. Beckwith & Co.
