On August 10, 2009, Todd Sneed (“Sneed”), Successor Trustee of the George Wright Lescher Trust and Personal Representative of the George Hamilton Lescher Estate, filed a Complaint to Determine Dischargeability and Objection to Debtor’s Exemptions (“Complaint”).
