The stipulated remaining issues to be determined by the court in this special proceeding pursuant to article 81 of the Mental Hygiene Law for the appointment of a guardian for the person and property of Amelia G., an alleged incapacitated person, are whether the record in this case should be sealed, and whether the court-appointed counsel for Amelia G. should continue in that capacity after the entry of the order and judgment.
