WOODROUGH, Circuit Judge.
This appeal is taken to reverse a judgment which sustained “the second ground1 of the defendant’s motion to dismiss the cause” and dismissed the action for want of jurisdiction.
It appears that plaintiff, a citizen of Iowa, sued to establish and quiet his title to sixteen described parcels of Iowa real estate and over $300,000 of described municipal bonds, all in his possession under claim of ownership.
