In an action to recover damages for personal injuries etc., the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Owen, J.), dated May 30, 1996, which, upon the motion of the defendant Ena L. Rodriquez for summary judgment, dismissed the complaint in its entirety.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
