This is a petition filed under the workmen’s compensation act by certain employers, who will hereinafter be referred to as the petitioner, to have determined the amount of compensation payments and to whom they should be paid. From a decision by a justice of the superior court which was adverse to the respondents one of them duly appealed to this court.
