Plaintiff filed her petition in the District Court of Lancaster County, Nebraska, seeking damages from defendant by reason of certain claimed false and fraudulent statements made by defendant. Two statements, one dated April 6, 1962 and the other dated May 3, the year not set forth, were each a part of “an official reprimand” which it is claimed the defendant caused to be made to plaintiff.
