This appeal arises out of alleged violations of the Connecticut Truth-In-Lending Act (hereinafter TILA); General Statutes §§ 36-393 through 36-417; and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
The defendants entered into a consumer credit loan transaction with the plaintiff. The parties executed a promissory note containing a disclosure statement. When the defendants defaulted on the note, the plaintiff commenced this action to collect the balance due.
