Appellant Jalani Dupree Martin appeals from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County on May 29, 2018, after he pled guilty to one count of indecent assault without consent, graded as a second-degree misdemeanor. Appellant claims that his fifteen-year registration requirement under the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA) 2 is illegal.
