MEMORANDUM OPINION AND DECISION

The following facts are undisputed. The debtor filed his first bankruptcy case, a chapter 7, on April 10, 1990 (case number 290-02189-B-7).
On July 2,1990 American Express Travel Related Services Co., Inc. (American Express) filed a complaint to determine the dischargeability of a debt under 11 U.S.C. secs. 523(a)(2)(A) and 523(a)(2)(B).
