Marshall Oglesby, Anthony Oglesby, and Superior Drilling & Well Servicing Co. (appellees) filed this action in the nature of a declaratory judgment against Hartford Accident and Indemnity Co. (appellants) to determine whether a corporate insurance policy issued by Hartford provided coverage on a certain Ford Cobra automobile, or in the alternative to compel specific performance to provide such coverage under an alleged agreement to insure.
