State v. Kesler

Darrel James Kesler appeals a Gallatin County District Court judgment finding him guilty of driving while under the influence of alcohol in violation of Section 61-8-401, MCA. The sole issue on appeal is whether the District Court has appellate jurisdiction to review a Justice Court order suppressing evidence. We affirm.
