Mid-Continent Pipe Line Company and Texas Pipe Line Company, both corporate taxpayers in Independent School District No. 33, (Sa-pulpa) Creek county, protested certain tax levies made and approved by the excise board to finance general fund and sinking fund needs of the school district.
