SEILER, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from a jury conviction of first degree robbery with a 10 year sentence imposed by the court under Sec. 556.-280, the second offender act.

The state produced witnesses from which the jury could reasonably have found that defendant, using a gun, held up the attendant, Jack Wren, at a filling station in *616St. Louis County around 5:00 a. m. on June 30, 1968, and made off with approximately $50.
