On April 28, 1972, plaintiff, Robert I. Gale, commenced this action for an accounting against his former wife, Florence J. Corbett. In his petition, plaintiff prayed for an accounting of certain funds which defendant had withdrawn from Capitol Federal Savings & Loan Association of Prairie Village, Kansas, Account No. 0 168577-01, in the approximate amount of Eleven Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($11,250.00) and the proceeds of a Certificate of Deposit 0760288-05 purchased from Capitol Federal Savings…
