Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Baker, J.), rendered June 29, 1989, convicting him of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, reckless endangerment in the first degree, unauthorized use of a vehicle in the first degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree, and menacing, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
