Defendant appeals from conviction and sentence upon each of three counts of the information hereinafter recited and from an order denying new trial. Under the first count he was adjudged to be imprisoned* in the county jail for 30 days and to pay a fine of $250. Under the second count he was sentenced to a like imprisonment and to pay a like fine. Under the third count he was sentenced to' six months in the county jail and to pay a fine of $200, the jail sentences to run concurrently. The information was as follows:
