Plaintiff Royal Geropsyehiatric Services, Inc. (RGS) is a professional corporation composed of a group of psychiatrists specializing in the provision of psychiatric services to geriatric patients. Plaintiff Ohio Psychological Association (OPA) is a professional association for licensed psychologists in the State of Ohio.
