Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (initiated in this Court pursuant to Public Health Law § 230-c [5]) to review a determination of respondent revoking petitioner’s license to practice medicine in New York.

Petitioner is a physician who was licensed to practice medicine in New York in 1986.
