MIMS January 10, 2014 COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA FROM THE COURT OF APPEALS OF VIRGINIA In this appeal, we consider whether a teacher had a custodial or supervisory relationship with a student within the meaning of Code § 18.2-370.1(A).
