From the decree of 23d December, 1875, rendered in this cause, the complainants appealed to this Court. The question to be here decided is, whether the said decree be right ? A very important inquiry in this investigation, is whether the matters set up in the bill of injunction have been adjudicated. In the view I take of this case, a very brief answer could be given to the en-quiry. But it is due to the parties litigant who have spent so much time and means in their efforts through the courts to have their rights secured to them; it is due to the able counsel who have devoted so much time…
