BENTON, JR., Judge.
Brian David Luttrell contends the trial judge violated his plea agreement by imposing a sentence that was inconsistent ■with “the sentencing guidelines applicable at the time of the offense” and further erred by applying an unreliable assessment instrument in fixing his sentence. We affirm the conviction.
