Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County (Joseph G. Nesser, J.), entered June 30, 2015 in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 4. The order denied petitioner’s objection to orders issued by the Support Magistrate.
It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously modified on the law by granting the objection in part and reinstating the cross petition of Katrina V. Deshotel for a downward modification of child support and as modified the order is affirmed without costs and the matter is remitted to Family Court, Monroe County, for further…
