Upon the petition of the respondent, proceedings were had in the Probate Court of Hampton County to prove in solemn form as the last will and testament of Mrs. Belle Browning Goethe, deceased, a written instrument dated August 16, 1922, which had been formerly admitted to probate in common form. The decision in the Probate Court was favorable to the validity of the paper as the last will and testament of Mrs. Goethe.
