This case is before the Supreme Court by means of a petition for certiorari seeking review of a District Court judgment finding the plaintiff, Dorothy Ann Akroyd, eligible for unemployment benefits, thereby reversing the finding of ineligibility made previously by the Board of Review for the Department of Employment Security (board or board of review).
