This is a petition for a certiorari to bring-into this court the records of a proceeding in the county court, in which an order was made under section 65 of chapter 24 of the General Statutes, requiring the town of Pomfret to pay a certain specified proportion of the expense which the town of Hartford had before that time incurred in the construction of a bridge across White River in said town of Hartford, and also to contribute a like proportion towards the future repairs of the same; the town of Hartford being required by law to build…
