Petitioner Felix Molina (“Molina”), petitions this Court for a writ of habeas corpus alleging ineffective assistance of appellate counsel pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.141(d). While Molina seeks habeas corpus relief on various grounds, we specifically address one. Molina asserts that appellate counsel was ineffective for failing to bring State v.
