This is a suit in which the plaintiff sued for the sum of $510.50 which she alleged was the balance due her on the purchase price of a lot or tract of land located in Cabool, Missouri, which she had sold to the Citizens Savings Bank of Cabool. She alleged that she had filed her claim for this amount with the Commissioner of Finance within the time allowed by law for filing claims, and that the same had been duly allowed by the Commissioner.
