Appellants instituted this suit in the District Court of Marion County, Texas, to enjoin the collection of the following taxes, levied and assessed by the Commissioners Court of Marion County for the year 1895, to wit, 12¿ cents on the $100 for stationery; 12-J cents for jury special purposes; 20 cents for court house repair, and 15 cents on the $100 for road and bridge purposes.
