This proceeding in error is to review the judgment of the-trial court, wherein the plaintiff in error, as plaintiff, sued on July 14, 1911, the defendant in error, as defendant, in ejectment for the possession of the W. J4 of the -N. E. %. of section 9, township 14 N., and range 18 E., of the Indian Base and Meridian.
