There seems to us a misapprehension of the true questions at issue in this cause in the argument of counsel for defendant in error. They speak in their argument of occupying the position of “purchasers in good faith and without notice of commercial paper that was for sale.” This may be a truthful claim so far as the notes and any personal remedy on them is concerned, but since the decision of Olds v.
