This was an action of ejectment, brought by William J. Way, against Richard J. Arnold, to recover a few acres of land in Bryan County. The plaintiff and defendant are contiguous owners of two tracts, the one known as Silk Hope, the other as Sedgefield. They mutually bound each other— the former situated on the east and the latter on the west— and the suit between these parties, has originated in a dispute or difference as to the true lino between these two plantations.
