Following a bench trial, defendant was found guilty of criminal contempt of court and sentenced to thirty days in the county jail. On appeal as of right, defendant raises two issues. We affirm.

On January 16, 1986, defendant appeared before a Macomb County citizens grand jury, pursuant to a subpoena, to testify in relation to a double homicide investigation. Defendant and her attorney were presented with a notice of secrecy requirement by the prosecutor. Defendant read and signed the agreement.
